Artur Kluz is a lawyer, international affairs expert and enterpreneur.

Artur is a partner at Metropolitan Capital Solutions and is involved in projects in Europe, United States, the Middle East, and Asia and has extensive diversified legal and investment experience in corporate governance, private equity and M&A transactions, as well as in the structuring and negotiating of joint ventures and strategic alliances.

He has more than 12 years of investment transactional experience, brought from New York, London and Warsaw, as a corporate attorney and investment professional with Barcino Capitas Limited, New York Stock Exchange AMEX, Kulczyk Holding. He is a qualified attorney, practiced law with Holland & Knight and Linklaters, arbitrator at the DIFC LCIA Arbitration Centre in Dubai and member of the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poland.

Artur is active in the international venture capital and entrepreneurial community and sits on Board of Directors of ASTONE Ventures and Metropolitan Venture and as a member of Advisory Board of social media, technology and medical ventures in US, India and Poland including DeedCast, Inc. In New York and  4moles.com in New Delhi.

Artur is a graduate of IESE Business School of the University of Navarra (PMD) in Spain and received a law degree from Fordham University School of Law (LL.M.) in New York, where he was an editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Finance Law, as well as of the University of Buckingham School of Law (Master of Laws) in England and Warsaw University School of Law (J.D.) in Poland. He completed the Executive M&A Program at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Artur is a member of the Foreign Policy Association in New York, ACG-Draeger-Center for International Relations Tripartite Young Leaders Study Group on the Future of Europe 2011 – 2013 and is actively involved in various international affairs initiatives. Recently, he was a speaker at Harvard University during Harvard Business School’s Annual Executive Development Program and during the German-American-Polish conference “The European Union in crisis – the future of the Euro and the Euro Zone”.
